Does every employee need to pay?+

No. The restaurant pays for the location and invites its employees. Up to 50 active team members, including managers, are included.

What counts as an active team member?+

Any active employee or manager counts toward the 50-person allowance. Archived team members do not count, and their records remain available unless the account is deleted.

Can we try Apronfold before paying?+

Qualified restaurant accounts may receive a selective 30-day trial when they are ready to invite and train their first team members.

Is setup included?+

Optional assisted setup starts at $250. Consulting work is quoted separately.
